"I wanted to thank your organization for what it does, and especially commend you for the over-the-top assistance, support, and guidance provided in our search and transition. Six months ago, we were barely realizing the realities and challenges of my mom's memory loss condition. We had no clue as to how to go about identifying and evaluating prospective community solutions. Our situation was even more complicated due to the fact that my dad insisted on being able to stay with my mom through the transition, even though he is in "good" condition.
