"I just visited Mom today and she looks 110% better. So far she loves the new place. I think it reminds her of college days. The staff has been wonderful and prompt to any concerns I have had. She even told me she doesn't remember her old house and never wants to go back there! You were just wonderful and helpful to us and I could not have asked for anything more to be done. Thank you so much."

"I am writing to express mine and my sister's and brother's thanks to A Place for Mom, in particular Jessica, Eldercare Advisor of the recent move of our mom into Atria assisted living community. Jessica with her exhaustive knowledge of the New York health care industry, caring personality and tireless work ethic, is an invaluable asset to A Place for Mom. My initial conversation with Jessica involved her getting a feel for our Mom's then living conditions and what was going on in her life that was necessitating the search for assisted living. At the end of our hour long conversation, there was a consensus between us of which facilities would potentially be a good fit for our Mom. Jessica made the initial introductions, asking that they contact me to set up appointments for a visit and provide me with informational packets.
Thank you A Place for Mom for affording my siblings and me an avenue and valuable resources that we so greatly needed in finding our Mom a safe, warm and caring home, for what we hope are many years to come."

"I never took the time to let you know how much our family appreciated your help in finding placement for my father-in-law with your help we found a wonderful facility with caring staff and administration. Before his passing it was not unusual to find a staff member or someone from administration in his room just checking on him. They actually cared about him as a person as well as an individual. Even when he was actively dying it seemed as though they could not do enough for him or for our family. We still miss him terribly but we take great comfort in knowing that during his final days he was well taken care of and treated as a person."
