And to circle back to the Olympics trials and healthy living, a rather fit 86-year-old senior, Johanna Quaas, inspires many with her spinning, jumping and twirling—even on the parallel bars! She may not be in the Olympics, but she literally “wowed” the audience at the 2012 Cottbus World Cup in Germany.
