She also began a pet therapy program with her poodle, Chuckles, in a skilled nursing community in Burlingame, CA. Sydney completed her B. Arts degree in Manitoba, Canada majoring in Sociology and Psychology. Prior to moving to California in 1987, she completed graduate studies in Organizational Behavior with Ken Blanchard in Escondido, CA.
